What time does the race start and where?
The Run For Peace 5k run begins at 8:00 a.m. at the St. Augustine Beach Pier at 350 A1A Beach Blvd, St. Augustine, FL.
Is the race timed?
This race is a chip timed by Racesmith. www.racesmith.com This is a ASTF certified course.
Will there be parking at the start for both participants and spectators?
Parking will be allowed at the Pier, 16th Street and in the public parking areas of A1A.
How do I register?

Will I be able to register the day of the race, and will there be a cap on registrations?
There is currently no cap on registrations. Day of race registration is available at 6:30 a.m. at the St. Augustine Beach Pier. You can also register the night before the race at packet pick up at the Betty Griffin Thrift Shoppe, 1961 A1A South, St. Augustine (on the corner of 312 and A1A in St. Augustine on Anastasia Island).
When and where do I pick-up my race packet?
Packet pick up is from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Betty Griffin Center Thrift Shoppe on the corner of 312 and a1a and from 6:30-7:50am on race day at the St. Augustine Beach Pier.
Are strollers & pets allowed?
Strollers and pets are allowed. All dogs must be on a leash.
Do I have to join a team to participate?
Everyone is invited to participate in the family friendly race!
I am coming from out of town, Where should I stay?
We Recommend our Sponsor Embassy Suites located just steps from the start and finish line!
